However, we typically pack orders within one hour of purchase, so we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Yes! You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

No, we cover all duties and import taxes for you. The price you see at checkout is the final price—no hidden fees or unexpected charges upon delivery.

What if my package shows "Delivered" but I didn't receive it?

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at nordicsculptshop01@gmail.com. You may need to provide a Certificate of Loss from the shipping carrier to request a refund.


Returns & Refunds

If you regret your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, you can return the product for a full refund—no proof of results required. You're responsible for return shipping costs and must send the package directly to our warehouse address.

Can I return products to a parcel shop?

Do Nordic Sculpt products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Nordic Sculpt products come with a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and manufacturing.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, material flaws, and workmanship issues. Depending on the situation, you may receive a repair, replacement, store credit, or discount.

What doesn't the warranty cover?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, improper operation, human error, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure events.

How do I make a warranty claim?
